VALORANT Champions is an annual Valorant esports tournament, the final part of the Valorant Championships Tour (VCT). Riot Games is the developer of the game. The tournament features 16 top teams competing for a large cash prize.

2024 VALORANT Champions
The 2024 VALORANT Champions Tour will take place in South Korea from August 1-25. This country is known for its strong esports culture and high standards of such events. In addition, the tournament will bring together the best teams from all over the world to compete for the title of champion and a solid prize pool. The tournament will consist of several stages: group stage, playoffs, and finals. In the group stage, teams will be divided into groups where they will play in a round-robin system. Thus, the best teams from each group will qualify for the playoffs.
The tournament will feature the best esports teams from North and Latin America, Europe, Asia, and other regions that have demonstrated their skills throughout the year.
All tournament matches will be streamed live on popular platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
Tournament History
VALORANT, a tactical first-person shooter, was released in June 2020. It quickly gained popularity among gamers and the esports community. Shortly after its release, Riot Games announced the launch of the Valorant Championships Tour (VCT). The VALORANT Championships was the culmination of the entire tour.
The inaugural VALORANT Championships took place in Berlin, Germany in December 2021 and attracted millions of viewers worldwide.
Each year, the tournament continues to grow in popularity and scale. Furthermore, Riot Games continues to build on this trend each year by introducing new formats, increasing prize pools, and attracting more teams from different regions.

Currently there is no detailed information about the next season of Valorant Championships Tour. Nevertheless, the organizers informed that in 2025 there will be some format changes, the details of which will also be announced later.
