2024 FIVB Volleyball Men’s Club World Championship
The 2024 Club Volleyball World Championship promises to be a colorful event that will give volleyball fans unforgettable emotions. Uberlandia, Brazil will host the best teams from Europe, South America, Asia and other regions from December 10-15. History of the championship
The World Club Championship was founded in 1989. Italy was the first country to host the event. Since then, it has become one of the most important events in the volleyball calendar. In the beginning, the tournament was held irregularly. However, since 2009 it has become an annual event.
The main idea is to give clubs from different continents the opportunity to compete for the world title, which is usually played between national teams. An important feature of the tournament is the participation of both the strongest European teams and the best representatives of South America and Asia. Thus, a unique atmosphere of global competition is created.
