Facebook limits targeting
Facebook will remove some specific ad targeting options. In particular, advertisers in the areas of housing, employment, and credit will no longer be allowed to target by age, gender, or zip code, the company said. Previously, Facebook forbade delivering ads on the basis of national origin, sexual orientation, and religion.
Unique posters on VKontakte
Vkontakte users can add any backgrounds they like for posters that will bring some individuality to posts and make them stand out in the news feed. The new feature is available in the web version and mobile app for Android.
Start creating a poster and add an image that you want to use as a background.
Select the text color, enter your text, and post the result.
Other users will also be able to create posters with your background by clicking on a Try this Background button.
The author’s name does not appear on the posted variant of a poster, but it is seen while the poster is being created. If you want a group or a public page to be mentioned as the author of a poster, post it on behalf the community.
