FlexCard: Card issuance is available immediately after balance replenishment. On average, within 30 seconds. |
CardsPro: In the “Cards” section, select the required BIN, top up the account, enter the top-up amount, set the limit (if necessary) and issue the card with one click. You can issue 1, 10 or 100 cards. |
What are the limits and restrictions on virtual cards? Can they be customized to meet campaign needs? |
Brocard: Unlimited card issuance is available for active MyBrocard users (no limits). If needed, you can set limits in your personal account or in the accounts of your team members. |
FlexCard: You can set daily and monthly limits for each card. Therefore, with the help of the limits you can control the spending on each card, and you can change the limits at any time in the card section. |
CardsPro: The limit for each card is set individually, depending on the needs of the advertising campaign. Most of the BINs in the service are self-balancing, i.e. the client tops up the card with the amount they intend to spend. Spending limits are set only for cards with a total balance. |

Brocard: Ability to enable/disable micropayments, webhooks, notifications of all balance transactions via email and Telegram. Team leaders can customize all kinds of limits within the team. |
FlexCard: We have a telegram bot in which you can receive 3DS codes (analog of sms). This code goes to your personal account, but you can connect to tg-bot and the code will be duplicated there. Also in the bot you can see your current balance on all BINs and wallets and view transactions for the current day. All transactions for the whole time can be found in the personal account.

CardsPro: Auto top-up function: If the client is not interested in monitoring the balance, he can set a minimum threshold for card balances and an automatic top-up amount for any number of cards. Spending limits are set for cards with a total balance.

If a card is compromised or lost, what is the process for restoring access or replacing the card? |
Brocard: If necessary, you can cancel the card and the funds will be returned to your balance. |
FlexCard: All of our cards have 3DS on them, so it’s virtually impossible to compromise the card because you only have all the codes and data. |
CardsPro: We do not distribute individual cards or issue plastic cards. We provide access to the service through which the cards are managed and which may be lost by the client due to circumstances beyond our control. If a card is “compromised”, the user can block or close the card himself. |

What is your customer support policy?
We work daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (UTC+3). Each site has a personal chat room. Response time, on average 1-5 minutes (depending on workload). Sometimes it can be longer as we really try to treat each case individually and help our users. There is also a ticket system implemented in the personal account, where the web can also write your request and we will respond. What security measures do you take?
One of the methods we use to prevent incidents is to verify users upon registration.
Previously, the only way to become a MyBrocard user was to receive an invitation from an active user with a stable spending history. To a certain extent, this approach helps prevent potential attackers from joining the service. However, this has its drawbacks from a product development and growth point of view, so now every new user goes through KYC or interview during registration, depending on where exactly the user comes from.
In addition, two-factor authentication is a must. Without a two-factor connection, you cannot continue to use the service.
Yes, it complicates the “login” process, and we regularly get conflicting feedback on this topic.
However, in over 2 years of using MyBrocard, there have been no incidents of user funds being stolen or user data being leaked.

Artem, Head of CardsPro by Capitalist: Since CardsPro is seamlessly integrated with Capitalist, the account protection measures in the system extend to the service.
Capitalist has several methods of account protection, including Google 2FA, SMS confirmation, one-time codes and personalized greeting (phishing protection). Only verified accounts can be restored.
For 10 years there has not been a single loss of client data and funds due to system failure. Verified/unverified account status does not affect rates and limits. Verification usually takes no more than one day.

What measures do you take to prevent and detect fraud?
Artem, Head of CardsPro by Capitalist: We have statistics to track the declines (the ratio of successful to unsuccessful payments) for each user. If the ratio increases, we first find out the reason. If the violations are systematic, we block the user. However, unlike other services, which block the account together with the money, we disable the function of issuing new cards to the user, and he can always dispose of the remaining funds. Other bans are already imposed by the issuing bank, and we inform users in advance what kind of purchases a particular BIN is intended for.

What measures do you take to prevent and detect fraud?
One way to combat fraudsters, including first-time billing clients, is to place account restrictions on users who have a high decline rate. On average, most users have a decline rate of less than 10%. Control in this direction is very important as it directly affects the quality of BINs.
If the decline rate is high, cards will not be blocked immediately, but after a certain period of time – usually 24 hours. When blocking some cards there can be a “delayed blocking”. Currently, the minimum deposit in the service is $500, which is also one of the elements of the security policy.

Globally, we aim to enable our users and affiliates to solve as many financial challenges as possible with MyBrocard. Even now, thanks to our focus on becoming the ideal service not only for self-buyers, but also for media buying teams and businesses, we are helping our affiliates to scale by speeding up and simplifying their financial processes. In terms of more specific planned updates, several technical integrations, adding new BINs and improving the dashboard are in development right now. We are planning visual changes to the personal account, including the adding of the long-awaited dark theme. Besides, the connection of new affiliate networks will be continued, so that buyers could withdraw their funds directly to the personal account of the service. No less important changes will affect MyBrocard’s relationship with current partners. We realize the importance of cost optimization and its impact on business scaling, that’s why we are currently developing a unique offer for regular affiliates.

Quality is our top priority. We actively interact with our users by creating a personalized chat room for everyone to communicate. In these chats, we collect feedback and listen carefully to everyone’s wishes, because it is they who help us add truly useful features. In terms of development, we are primarily focused on expanding the range of BINs. We are constantly looking for new issuers, both for advertising payments and for personal use, and we are doing integrations with them. However, because we focus on quality, not quantity, this process takes time: we test each issuer and each BIN for quality, terms, and connectivity to the most popular ad sources. We also understand that due to the extensive functionality of our service, the interface may seem complicated. For this reason, we are working to optimize the interface and plan to introduce two types of interface: a basic one and a more advanced one.
