The Monaco Grand Prix is a Formula 1 race which takes place at the city circuit in Monte Carlo in the Principality of Monaco. This stage of motor racing takes place annually in May, over 4 days, and winning this stage is one of the most significant in the F1 world championship.

The Formula 1 round in Monaco will take place from May 24 to 26. This is the 81st race that takes place in the Principality. The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the most prestigious stages in the Formula 1 World Championship. At the same time, the athletes note that this route is one of the most difficult. The total length of the route is 260 km.
History of the Monaco Grand Prix
From 1929 to 1948, motor racing was held as an independent sporting event and it was not until 1950 that the first Grand Prix took place as a Formula 1 race.
The Monaco circuit is the shortest, narrowest and slowest, while also being the most dangerous. Keep in mind that the circuit itself runs through the city streets which is a great attraction for spectators as they are in the epicenter of the event.
An interesting fact is that F1 racing teams design and build their cars themselves.
