About the ATP International Tournament
The ATP International Tennis Tour is an annual series of professional tennis tournaments run by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). At each competition, athletes have the opportunity to earn cash prizes and ranking points. Players’ results are recorded in the ATP rankings, which are updated and published each week. The ranking of players is based on their best results in 18 tournaments.
A similar tournament for women tennis players is called the WTA International Tournament.
2023 ATP International Tennis Tour
The current season of the 2023 ATP International Tour began on 29 December 2022 and will end in November 2023. December is always a holiday month.
The 2023 ATP Tour includes:
- 4 Grand Slam tournaments;
- ATP 1000, 500, 250 series tournaments;
- ATP Finals for athletes under 21 years of age;
- Nitto ATP Finals (it is already known that from 2021 to 2025 the tournament will be held in Turin, Italy);
- Davis Cup;
- United Cup.
