About the VTB United League

The VTB United League is a popular annual basketball tournament that brings together clubs from Eastern and Northern Europe. Its main sponsor is VTB Bank.

2024-25 VTB United League Championship

This is the 16th competition within the VTB United League among professional basketball teams in Eastern Europe, in which 12 teams will take part. The basketball tournament will take place from September 21, 2024 to April 13, 2025.

The VTB United League Super Cup will take place from September 11 to 14 in Moscow at the VTB Arena. The Super Cup will feature the four best teams of the United League based on the results of last season and two foreign teams: CSKA, UNICS, Zenit, Lokomotiv-Kuban, as well as the Serbian Red Star and the Turkish club Besiktas.

Teams will compete against each other in a round-robin system of 2 two rounds and will play at home and on the opponent’s territory.

Based on the results of the first stage, the six best teams will play in Group A of the second stage, the six worst teams will meet in Group B of the second stage.
