Uncap

Publication date: 03 Jul 2023

Uncap means removal of limits of price, rate or amount.

More often than not, each advertiser has a limit on the advertising budget for a month, a quarter or a year.  This is a “cap”/limit on a certain number of paid actions that the advertiser can redeem in a certain period.

For example, “a cap of 300 for a month” means that this month you can drive traffic with a maximum number of paid actions of 300. There is an offer where there is a paid action called “qualification”. Suppose an affiliate has delivered 500 registrations, of which 450 players will make deposits, and only 330 will reach qualification.  However, the advertiser is only willing to pay for 300! In this case, the “extra” 30 actions either need to be negotiated separately or carried over to the next month, otherwise they won’t be paid at all.

An uncapped offer from a betting company and an online casino shows that the advertiser has no limits on the advertising budget and is willing to pay for all quality traffic.
