Although the damage may seem minor, the situation itself is quite unpleasant…
“Colleagues in the industry” think they can acquire quality traffic, break all agreements and simply avoid paying. We firmly believe that’s unacceptable.
The essence of the conflict is outlined in our case study. Read it carefully and consider whether it is worth working with such projects….
Fraud amount: €6,300
Involved Parties:
- Affina Advertiser (Brands: Funbet, Wild Robin)
- Christina, Affina Manager (@affilatina); Alex, Head of Affina’s Affiliate Department (@alexxss0)
- 3SNET Sales Manager
What happened? In February 2025, a 3SNET manager agreed with the Affina advertiser on working terms.
Terms: CA of €300 for base traffic of €20, SEO allowed, cross-brand permitted.
After confirming these conditions, the offer was launched into operation.
We coordinated with the advertiser an approved SEO affiliate: source—slot websites, provided examples.
Following verification, Affina manager Cristina approved connection and issued a link for the affiliate.
- 10.02.2025 links were given to the affiliate.
- 11.02.2025 the affiliate began driving traffic.
- 19.02.2025 the affiliate ran a test cap and halted the traffic flow.
- 19.02.2025 Affina manager Alex joined the chat.
As soon as the partner started running traffic and completed the test cap, a new manager named Alex joined the group chat. She abruptly switched to speaking English and immediately claimed that the web traffic was fraudulent without providing any arguments or evidence.
For full details, refer to the conversation transcript below. We will not translate the entire dialogue but highlight key points.
3SNET Manager: Please tell us more about what went wrong. We are ready to provide all relevant data from the past week: active players, deposits over €1 000, total revenue close to €8 000.
Alex Affina: I’m very skeptical that this is real SEO traffic because even our top SEO affiliates can’t generate 21 FTDs for commission in such a short time.
3SNET Manager: We have met all requirements: every single deposit exceeds the required minimum. Please clarify again what your specific issue is. Are you concerned about excessive conversions or small deposit amounts (which we deny and can statistically prove)?
Alex Affina: Don’t spin stories for me…
Alex Affina: …the average deposit amount across all accounts is completely uniform… out of 90 players, 17 used the Interac payment system, while only 6 chose CC…
3SNET Manager: Your arguments remain mere words without supporting evidence or confirmation. It makes sense that not everyone has made a second deposit yet, considering how recent both traffic and registrations are. From our personal account, we clearly see player activity and different deposit amounts, and which exact 90 players do you mention in your claim when we don’t even have that many depositors? There are no multi-accounts, there is clear activity, and deposits vary widely. Once again, you’ve failed to provide valid, documented evidence sufficient to justify denying payment.
3SNET Manager: Please provide complete player information: Click ID, deposit amount, turnover, number of deposits, devices, payment methods used.
Alex: You already have all the necessary information via the link (link to Personal Account later blocked)…
3SNET Manager: Again, you haven’t presented any actual proof of your claims. Half of what you’ve said earlier simply doesn’t match reality. Please substantiate your statements with some statistics, numbers, screenshots. We insist that we’ve fully complied with all agreements, and new players must be paid according to initial arrangements. If you’re claiming the traffic is fraudulent, then we need concrete evidence beyond empty words. Once again, the data you’ve provided does not reflect reality, and a thorough explanation is still required.
Alex: We’ve already given all the explanations. Thus, for us, the matter is closed.
3SNET Manager: There’s no need for threats. We’ve been in business for years, and our partners recognize the quality of our traffic and our reputation.
3SNET Manager: Here I can show you that your words don’t match the facts. Even as we speak, we can see changes in the statistics right in our account panel. This proves that players are alive and playing. What you’re seeing is suspicious, borderline fraudulent behavior on your part, unexpected for such a project.
3SNET Manager: These are cross-brand sites and game platforms that you didn’t ban. Also, you saw an example of a gaming site during the approval process. All of this falls under SEO.
Alex Affina: This isn’t classical SEO, and the price isn’t appropriate either.
3SNET Manager: But it’s still SEO. We’ve openly shown everything, nothing hidden. No one mentioned beforehand that such SEO was impossible or rates would differ.
What’s the result? Our agreements weren’t violated:
- Traffic came from pre-agreed cross-brand and slot-based sites.
- Players remained active and improved metrics throughout the investigation until their accounts were closed (by February 25th).
- Arguments against payment are unfounded and fabricated.
- Despite polite requests for documentation, we have received only vague excuses and evasive responses. Either laziness or deliberate fraud.
The 3SNET network strongly advises against cooperation with Affina! Expect nothing but lack of argumentation, unprofessional communication, disrespectful treatment and loss of time, effort and MONEY!
