Blask — an international startup developing an AI analytics platform for the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities: full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital teams, onboarding and offboarding, conducting HR surveys (eNPS, engagement), participation in performance evaluation, analysis of compensation and HR metrics, maintaining PeopleForce, internal communication and documentation, developing a culture of feedback.

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in IT), knowledge of the full HR cycle, experience in recruitment, proficiency with PeopleForce/BambooHR systems, strong Excel/Sheets skills, native Russian, English B2+.

Nice to have: experience building HR processes from scratch, understanding of the iGaming industry.
