Responsibilities: expanding the client base and developing new partnerships; reaching decision-makers and C-level executives in iGaming and Crypto projects; identifying entry points into iGaming/Crypto teams, white-label solutions, and media buying structures; preparing commercial proposals and cooperation terms; initial communication with clients and needs assessment; transferring briefs and tasks to recruiters; building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements: experience in business development or sales within iGaming, Crypto, Fintech, or the Affiliate industry; strong understanding of the market, its ecosystem, and key players; knowledge of white-label solutions and media buying structures; an established network or the ability to build one quickly; high level of proactivity, persistence, and results orientation; strong communication and negotiation skills; residence in Central Europe is a plus for offline meetings and conferences.
