On September 11–12, 2025, Finnish Gaming Conference 2025 will take place in Helsinki — the only international gambling conference in Finland, organized by Finnish iGaming Events. This is the third edition of the forum, bringing together leading professionals, operators, regulators, and suppliers from the online gambling industry.
A New Chapter for Finland’s Gambling Market
This year’s conference is especially relevant as Finland is preparing to transition to a licensing system, which is currently expected to come into effect on January 1, 2027. In spring 2025, the Finnish Parliament will begin discussing the new gambling legislation, so by September, participants will have a much clearer picture of what the regulated market will look like.
